Glued on sticker are too damn sticky.

I recently bought a preformed pond liner.  And as I was setting up the pond, I tried to remove the sticker on the inside of the liner so I can put water in it.  Lo and behold, those damn stickers are stuck on so good and peeling them off proved to be a challenged.  I have to soak it with water and use a steal brush to brush off the top layer of the sticker.  Then I have to put Goo Gone liquid all over it followed by scrubbing off the remaining glued on paper product.   After removing all the sticker, I wiped the surface with alcohol to clean the oily Goo Gone off the surface.  Such a tedious process to just remove a sticker.  So annoying.
