I have been a non paying member of Grindr for several years now. One of the feature of Grindr that I like is the ability to block some profile so that he does not appear in my page of profiles. It also mean I do not appear in the profiles page of that guy I blocked. That way I can only be contacted by guys I have not blocked. So if somebody is offensive or a jerk, I block him. Sometimes I just do not care for some guy that I would rather just see guys I like in my profiles pages.
But lately I have noticed that some guys I previously blocked are reappearing on my profiles page over and over again despite of blocking them several times already. Not sure how they do it. Perhaps they uninstall Grindr app and reinstall it again. That is why the previous blocking function is not applicable anymore. Not sure. But regardless of how they do it, it is just super annoying. There is a reason why I block them to begin with. By taking away my choice not to see them in my Grindr is just vexing. I have to block them again and with my limit of 10 profiles to block in a day, it just gets me all riled up if I ran out of blocking ability.
So is there anything Grindr can do about this? And why would I sign up to pay for Grindr if they can't even fix this issue?
