My nasty next door neighbor

 The is the backyard of my nasty neighbor.  He is fat and too lazy to do any yard work.  Unfortunely, too poor to hire a gardener either.

This is the side of his house next to my garage.  The fence is a 4 foot chain link one and I could see all the mess and nastiness.

It is their home and they can do or not do anything about it.  My only option is a solid 6 feet tall privacy fence so I do not have to see this mess and nastiness.   SIGH.....
