sticking plastic

Have you tried to open a plastic from a roll and you can not even tell which side to open? Worse is when the opening sticks so well to each other that it take forever of rubbing the edges to open it.  I have to have wet fingers to pry it open.  This is true for garbage bags, grocery bags for fresh produce or even doggie poop bags.  Super annoying.
