Empty the contents of one Miso soup packet into a bowl. Add a dash of ginger powder, Mrs. Dash, ground pepper, turmeric and MSG (optional). You may also slice small pieces of green onion and add to the bowl. Add a cup to a cup and a half of boiling water. Stir and let sit for about a minute. You got yourself an instant soup for dinner!Turmeric has been link to have good benefit in preventing Alzheimer's Disease. India has the lowest cases of Alzheimer's Disease because they eat a lot of Turmeric. So from now on, I always put a dash or two of Turmeric in my soup. It gives the soup that "sweetness" flavor that is yummy.
